Up for sale is a vintage 1953 Queen Elizabeth II Coronation commemorative mug by Wade England.
This historic collectible mug was produced to celebrate the coronation of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on June 2, 1953. One side displays the portrait of the Queen enclosed within the Order of the Garter motif (“Honi Soit Qui Mal Y Pense”) with the royal motto “Dieu et Mon Droit”. The reverse side features the crown with floral emblems and the text “Coronation of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II – June 2nd 1953”.
